Carlos Bakery in Hoboken New Jersey

We drove to Hoboken New Jersey to go to Carlo's Bakery.  We were told to expect lines around the building.  Lucky for us there were only 10 people in line.  We tasted his world famous cannoli, cream puffs, chocolate mousse cake and red velvet cake....not all at once...we paced ourselves!!  The bakery is small, but very quaint.  The personalities are exactly as you see on TV, feisty and full of energy.  Carlo's sister Maddalena was there taking orders.
